A Software Project is created based on a systematic approach and Management Plan. Decision making is based on factual figures and Industry experience, usability and appeal.
Monitoring and controlling
Our Project Managers produce performance reports at regular intervals and at agreed schedule with the team and the client. This ensures that the client is continuously aware of the progress.
Documenting requirements
All projects are prepared based on Software Requirements Specification describing the functions, performance and the interface requirements of the software product
Architectural design
We conduct a design input review for all our projects such as Software Requirements Specifications which are unambiguous, complete and correct and possess the quality to support the development of a design solution
Coding
Projects are developed in compliance with predefined coding standards. Coding standards shall be updated to reflect any project specific practices
Testing
All our projects describe the approach to testing in a Software Test Plan. The STP describes the project's approach to unit, integration and acceptance testing
Managing quality
All projects are planned, performed and delivered as per the required software quality management to ensure that the customer's stated and implied needs are met and that the software product is developed in compliance with recognized best practice
Managing people
Project management team is responsible for ensuring that the development team members are aware of their quality responsibilities and appropriately trained to perform their assigned tasks.
